1960s Zenza Bronica Reversing Lens- valuable or not?

I'm trying to help my mom out and get some of her things sold. She has accumulated a ridiculous amount of "stuff" over the last few years some of it looking to be valuable. I have what looks like to be a 1960s Zenza Bronica Lens Reversing Ring in the original red box. I'm not sure if this is worth anything or not. I'm having a hard time finding much information online. It looks like this- Zenza Bronica Lens Reversing Ring

I have other old camera accessories including a Zenza Bronica S2A Film Back Magazine, Zenza Bronica Lens Hood (75 & 100 MM lens), Vivitar Skylight (1A) filter, Vivitar UV-Haze Filter, Vivitar Polarizing Filter, GYachica Electro 35, and a Zenza Bronica Nikkor 105 mm F3.5 with built in synchro shutter.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Please help...

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
